That’s why we offer one party package with add ons that cut out the stress and let you focus on what’s important: your little one’s big day.

The Essentials Package allows you to walk in empty handed, be the Host[ess] with the Mostest, and leave with core memories instead of wondering where the time went. Add ons are available to make the most of your celebration.

When you book a party at Glow Worm, you’re giving your kiddo the best gift of all: your time & energy, while we do the rest.

About the Space

Private party rentals include our Play Lounge & Play Patio for 2 hours. These areas offer ample seating for caregivers and a fun, engaging play experience for your littlest guests.

Private parties do not include the classroom.

**Play Patio is open year-round with the exception of day with extreme inclement weather including snow, rain and dangerously cold temperatures.

Instant Book Your Birthday Bash!

The Fine Print

  • Deposits are collected upon instant booking. Deposits are nonrefundable and are applied to the full price of the party. Booking with instant book and paying your deposit secures your party date and time immediately. If you choose add-on food & drink for your party and cancel your event with less than 7 days notice, you will be required to pay the add-on package in full.

  • Private parties are bookable online at least four weeks in advance for 1:00pm-3:00pm or 3:30pm-5:30pm on weekends. We do offer private play dates on weekdays at the same price with the same package options as private parties, and private play dates are available to book by reaching out to hey@glowwormplaycafe.com.

  • Private party hosts may arrive 30 minutes prior to their reservation time for their event at Glow Worm. Party hosts must exit the space promptly at the end of their reservation time to allow ample time for a room cleaning and reset for our next event or play session, or to allow our staff to perform their job duties.

  • The classroom is not included in your private rental. Private parties take place in our Play Lounge & Play Patio beginning May 2025.

  • A maximum of 40 guests are permitted for private parties, with a maximum of 20 of the guests being children.

  • Outside food and drink are not permitted for private parties.

  • No decor, balloons, confetti, poppers, pinatas or other party supplies are permitted without the express written permission of Glow Worm.

  • Gift opening is permitted only during private events. We will provide a trash bag for you to collect all wrapping paper, etc. during gift opening and Glow Worm staff will dispose of the trash at the end of your event.

  • Glow Worm has 6 restaurant-style high chairs that can be included upon request at no added cost.

  • The cafe and bakery will be open and staffed during your party.
