Membership Rules & Policies
Limit two play sessions per day, per family. All memberships can be used for play sessions and toddler play group on Wednesday mornings.
Please try to book a play session ahead of time on our website to ensure that we have room for your family. During the colder months, we tend to reach capacity on a regular basis and often do not have room for walk-ins.
If you no-show without canceling your appointment ahead of time, you will be charged ad-hoc for the price of a regular play session. We have limited capacity and it is inconsiderate to reserve a session and no-show, disallowing other guests to visit our facility. We understand that things happen at the last minute, so you can always call the cafe to cancel if it is less than an hour before your appointment time.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a play session booked with your membership code, you may do so from your confirmation email or customer account.
Memberships renew on the same day every month from your date of purchase. If you need to cancel or pause your membership, you can do so from your client page or by emailing us at hey@glowwormplaycafe.com.
Memberships renew on the same billing date each month and can be cancelled through your customer account or by emailing us at hey@glowwormplaycafe.com before the next billing date. Memberships will not be refunded or prorated based on the cancellation date.
