If you have one child, do not check any add-ons.
If you have a gift certificate, coupon code or membership, redeem it below the form & waiver before checking out.

If you are booking for MORE THAN ONE child:

Choose your appointment date and time. Click "Sign Up".
Select the number of additional children in the "Add to your appointment" section
If you have a gift certificate, coupon code or membership, redeem it below the form & waiver before checking out.
If you have more than 3 children over 12 months old, you will need to reserve 1 spot with add-on siblings, and then go back and add 1 more full-priced appointment with no add-ons. This ensures we have enough seating and space for all children and adults on your reservation.

One child under 12 months old is free with a paid sibling.
