Pumping can feel intimidating! There are many pumps and pump parts available now.

  • Come learn how to use your specific breast pump

  • Find out what pump parts you need

  • Make a plan for going back to work

  • Learn how to clean your parts

  • Troubleshooting and planning your pumping schedule and much more!

Babies and partners are always welcome and encouraged to join in with the class. The class fee is $40/family for up to 2 people for this 60-minute class.
